Apparently I'm getting massively owned by my morning pages about once a week right now. I don't know if this rate feels too low or too high.

There's definitely a skillset to therapeutic journaling but I just kinda accreted it over time and assembled it out of general therapy and writing skills so I'm not sure what to recommend on that front.

Thanks, sounds like I've basically got the idea from random internet pages then. might give this a try I'm fine with writing, don't have the therapy skillset at all, but can see what happens
