Voting for masculinity --- toooons of guys who need guidance in this sphere, and you seem like 1) you might know what they need and 2) you're the kind of guy who could even get them to follow you, masculinity-wise

Virtue is genderless, but most of getting better at virtue is undoing the things that stop you being virtuous, and those tend to be quite gendered.
That being said, I don't really disagree, I just think anything like that needs to take gender into account even if it's not about gender.
