OK I think I figured out the food anxiety trigger). I switched chocolate brands. Normally I eat Lindt 90% which is great and comparatively low sugar. Was trying Tony's Chocolonely which is allegedly more ethical. It also has about 50kg of sugar per 100g in it.

The 85% one something like £12/kg so if it turns out you like it you could order enough that it's worth the deliveroo fee.
