Owned = schooled? If so seems once a week seems about right to me, any more and would be too much (at least personally)

Anything specific you'd recommend on what morning pages are? Think i get the gist from googling but wondered if you were doing a specific type, or something

Nothing specific, no. I just write two pages in a journal every morning. I got it from a friend reading "The Artist's Way" but I never actually read the book and skimming the two pages where they're mentioned didn't teach me much.
