I had this idea already but you can make the app for it if you want. My version was called “can’t send” and it’s just like a messaging app but it’s just notes of what you would say if that person decided to try to find out what you have to say to them
I think as a rule of thumb I would avoid making an app for anything I can describe how to do with existing technology in a short Twitter thread.

I make apps by thinking of them and telling people about them til someone makes it. For example Waze, I invented in 1986
The problem with your reasoning is that the only thing that would make it work (like Facebook or other non-inventive tools) is that it’s what other people also use. No one would use google docs for this. And I don’t think there is any secure way to do this with existing apps
