No, I've already cut gluten out of my diet (I don't think it causes me anxiety, but it does cause other issues)

after alcohol and gluten (which was a mixed bag for me - depression, abdominal discomfort, anxiety, panic attacks), I eventually had to cut out caffeine and refined sugar to keep my anxiety manageable, good times
