I definitely think sugar, caffeine and alcohol make me more anxious (in the long term - in the short term sugar and alcohol feel great!)1 reply 0 retweets 4 likes

I think I'll reset back to my previous carb consumption levels tomorrow and see if the anxiety drops back down. Will report back.
