Fitness Twitter: What's your go-to healthy dessert/treat when you're craving sugar?

I don't know that I'm fitness Twitter, but I really like pineapple (canned in its own juice) and for whatever reason I seem to be able to eat huge amounts of it without messing up other benefits of my diet (e.g. when doing weight loss it doesn't seem to affect the rate at all)

Yeah. I did a big elimination diet a year or two ago to figure out what worked well for me and what was causing my digestive issues and one of the things that kept me sane during it was figuring out ways to view it as a treat. Rediscovering how great pineapple is was part of that

Honestly I just half-arsed it, no formal protocol. I had a long list of suspects and cut them all out, observed the difference (it was pretty dramatic), and then tried reintroducing stuff one at a time to see what happened (also dramatic).

If the results had been more ambiguous I'd have probably tried doing it properly at some point but I didn't need to.

(in case you're curious, the results were that all of dairy, wheat, and brassicas fuck me up in their own specific ways, and that my weight responds *really* well to cutting out white carbs but having them as an occasional treat seems fine and fruit seems to not be a problem)
