TBH every single item on this list is *incredibly* difficult. "Surround yourself with good people" might be the hardest item on the list though, yeah.
Though I guess this isn't quite what you mean. Yeah, I agree that it's hard to operate in environments where you can't control them enough to be sure of everyone's goodness. Having a network of good people separate from that to hold on to can help weather that though.
