How do I get better at Twitter? Just start tweeting more? I mostly just doom scroll now.

about once or twice I looked for new follows by going through genies' follows, because I'd learned that every time I discovered a cool tiny account, genies was already following them
Some of this is because cool tiny accounts like to follow me and I do follow back. 
I've lured a bunch of people into alt twitter so I think I'm often a first follow for people.
