One big problem with my CV is that a lot of my skills and experience are in coping well in dysfunctional workplaces. But you're not supposed to bitch about your job when applying to a new one

That's true, for comms jobs the latter is a given but I guess 'managing and prioritising competing stakeholder demands' can evoke the same

Yeah. I think in general this is somewhere to embrace the humble art of the euphemism. Then when people ask you for specific examples you can always answer directly while trying to file off serial numbers and sanitize details - doubles as showing you know how to be circumspect.
