I think he deleted a bunch of tweets. He was getting very strange about it and asking why you were asking and whether it was because you were looking for a boyfriend. I don't *think* this was him hitting on you but honestly I couldn't be entirely sure.
I looked though (just before getting blocked) at his last tweets, and idk Genies, looks like you might be an influencer leading the Tyranny of Charisma. Did you ever expect to be described this way? 
He just seemed very offended by how this whole corner of Twitter asks questions in public, as if we're doing something vaguely immoral (I think because inviting people to be vulnerable in public?). I couldn't entirely tell what he was getting at.
