Not a man but one of the worst at consent people I've ever met is a woman who repeatedly was inappropriate to almost everyone she met, male or female, and I've seen other women be pushy and bad at boundaries with men too so I think it's not super uncommon.
Yeah I've run into specific women who are really fucking terrible at this (e.g. the one mentioned in https://twitter.com/GeniesLoki/status/1312426758898094081 …) - was more wondering how typical it is to be on the receiving end of this.
