anyway, attractive is not a binary, there's no such thing as "attractive" or "not attractive", there are degrees of attractiveness
Honestly I'm not actually that insecure about my appearance. My self-assessment is roughly "on the high side of average attractiveness but has historically not had much success due to reasons", and the argument is over whether I rate higher than that.
