Thank you. I think it has been helpful. At the very least it shows that there's a trigger there and how sensitive I am to it. And I can notice it happening, which feels better than the alternative.
I hope it's at least somewhat helpful.Yeah, that's what shadow work is for really - it reveals things that you'd been ignoring about yourself. Unfortunately it usually reveals things you'd been ignoring because they hurt to look at.
