Trusting with full truth is a tricky one. Perhaps “how much truth does this situation call for?” Also: sharing all aspects of something, including one’s own feelings about it, is not necessarily being truthful.

This is also a useful question, but I think the full truth one is important. The answer to it is almost never yes, but the very rare occasions where it's yes pay off a thousandfold, and answering it is often informative even when the answer is no.
