Well, it does look like a similar distinction. Supporting your partner VS fixing your partner, making them feel good sexually VS serving them sexually
Yup. Talking about your feelings with a partner should look about as much like a therapy session as having sex with your partner should look like a visit to a sex worker, and if that resemblance is close something very bad is happening!

On a normal relationship, sometimes sex is servicing your partner and that is fine. It should not always be that way, but the occasional "well, I'm not in the mood, but I'll help you off" is not by itself a bad thing.

"If a man comes before the woman, he should help her achieve orgasm" is a call for the man to service her as a sex worker and this is absolutely fine and part of a healthy straight relationship.
