Sometimes you have to do a lot hard and complex work in order to achieve very simple things, and this feels like a waste, but usually the reason you had to do it is actually because you were clearing out all the annoying bullshit that was preventing it from being simple.

“Simple things” are clearings that have been visited by so many people wanting that same thing, and companies looking to extract value can do so by building highways to them. The highways can carry many people there very quickly.

You just reminded me of my Argentine tango teacher teaching me how to walk (just normal walking, minus all the weird stuff we think we're supposed to be doing on the dancefloor) That's a lesson I've received massively compound value from over the years...

That's exactly what every dance teacher does. They have to make you unlearn so many things in order to make you dance! Seriously, Grace comes from simplicity more so than anything else.
