Feeling mischievous so here's another thread. One like = one question you really wish I hadn't asked you because of what your answer reveals about your shadow.

Angela: questions of the form "why haven't you done x improvement to your life" are boring because "insufficient money and spoons" answers almost all of them

also, an impressively large number of the questions in that thread are things we only know the answers to because of our terrible mental health, which is a neat observation

Yeah I mean the reason I'm able to generate all of these questions isn't because I'm untroubled and completely emotionally healthy

a surprising number of them are also ideas our therapist has helped us explore, which points in some more interesting directions

This is probably less surprising when you know how many therapy books I've read and how much I talk with a close friend who is a trained therapist.
