How else would one have fantasies? If one is already in a relationship one could straight up have sex and bypass the fantasy
I think most people have at least some fantasies about fictional characters and/or celebrities?

Also FWIW I think it's entirely normal to have sexual fantasies about someone you also have sex with. Fantasy and IRL sex have different functions and opportunities.
