1. Is having sexual fantasies about someone you know but do not have an IRL sexual relationship with creepy? 2. Which binary gender are you / least badly describes you?

This question prompted by a discussion with a friend in which we took different stances and were each non-judgemental but vaguely surprised by the other's stance.

Follow up question. 1. Is having sexual fantasies about someone you know but do not have an IRL sexual relationship with creepy? 2. Do you do it?

Both seem kinda creepy to me and I feel bothered whenever I dream about it or find myself absentmindedly thinking about it

Hmm both dreams and absent minded thoughts seem non-creepy to me. Those are more like how the brain processes interest? I think active fantasising is creepy, but more passive stuff is just how attraction works and being attracted to people is good.

Like ultimately the process of going "Am I into X?" involves a little bit of fantasising-like thoughts about X in order to triangulate your attraction and interest and that absolutely should not be considered creepy.
