Hmm. Maybe. I kinda feel like this is a different sort of creepiness than most kinds that appear in fantasy, in that it's creepiness with more IRL implications.
Like e.g. fantasising about nonconsent with a stranger is creepy but also kinda fine. Fantasising about it with a friend seems unambiguously creepy to the point of being slightly horrifying.

(FWIW my stance on fantasising about IRL people is that I have no idea about its creepiness in some general sense but I would feel extremely creepy doing it)

hm maybe i hold my fabtasies more loosely. like i can only really see irl implications being a concern if you take actions based on fantasies, or are preoccupied with specific ones

I think from an ethical point of view I agree. I don't think someone is doing something morally wrong by having nonconsensual fantasies about a friend, but I think the scope of "creepy" is much wider than "unethical".
