How do you deal with days where you're just feeling really sad and anxious for apparently no good reason? I'm planning to medicate with hugs but I'd like better tools for debugging this.
Have you read https://geniesloki.wordpress.com/2020/02/04/dating-advice-for-guys/ … ? Even if you're not looking to date at the moment it's possible it might be helpful, although it is easier with IRL friends.
Also, virtual hugs and sympathies. That sounds rough.
