How do you deal with days where you're just feeling really sad and anxious for apparently no good reason? I'm planning to medicate with hugs but I'd like better tools for debugging this.
I got the hugs from my girlfriend. Not having access to hugs is a big problem that I don't have a good general purpose solution to. During the height of lockdown I got a stuffed cat to hug, which honestly was quite helpful though clearly an inadequate substitute.
