Self-improvement goals or achievement goals seem inherently kind of coercive and yucky Gonna try making goals around actions, and specifically the kind of actions that I already have the capability, capacity and confidence to pull off

Yeah, I think even that wouldn't work for me :/ like if I don't feel anything changing or improving I would get frustrated Mine would have to do something like "try a different way of doing x" or "think of 3 different ways of doing x that I haven't tried before" or something
