I saw a psychiatrist once but wouldn’t go back because the guy just *seemed* like kind of a moron to me
And yet I will deeply consider all mental health advice from reasonable sounding anime avatars

TBH trusting anime twitter more than a typical therapist is probably the correct thing to do.

There is, at the minimum, a huge amount of relevant and useful knowledge that seems to just be in the water here... Also I can’t decide why it is I feel sort of bad about a) thinking this guy was kind of a moron, and b) deciding that meant he couldn’t help me. Not sure...

i had those vibes from a psychiatrist and he proceeded to completely Fuck Up medicating me the relationship between therapist and patient confers a lot more power than you give to rando twitters
