How do you deal with days where you're just feeling really sad and anxious for apparently no good reason? I'm planning to medicate with hugs but I'd like better tools for debugging this.

I would find this difficult though because normally I can find a reason, even if it takes a while. If I don't know the reason I start listing the likely candidates and eventually stumble across one.

I second the walk suggestion. I have far too often reserved walks for my utmost lowest moments... and it's like waiting Til I'm on the brink starvation to have a bite to eat. Change of scenery while letting your mind wander, embracing how you feel throughout... Damn.
