I just don't want to imagine myself inhabiting a world in which I am constantly being found wanting for every type of enlightenment I haven't managed to reach. It doesn't make me better, it makes me defensive or annoyed at the undeserved audacity.
The fact that you are not god is not a sign of being wanting, it's just a wealth of opportunities to become more godlike.
That kind of framing *is* really helpful for the emotional experience of the first tweet, I appreciate it.
At the same time, there's also a substantive annoyance! 
I mean it annoys me that I'm not god too, but I figure if I keep plugging away at it I'll either become god or have a good time failing to do so.
