Sometimes you lose weight as a result of careful dieting and exercise. Sometimes you lose it in the sense of "Huh, where did I put that thing??" I have no idea where that 1kg went in the last two days.

This is probably more a sign that I'm not eating properly than a good thing. Which is annoying because I'd really like to actually lose some weight properly.
