This goal is unattainable and even approaching the feasible proximity of this goal would be bad. Competent creation necessarily has a high degree of consumption, because all creation is iteration off previously created things.
(I think most people should be doing more creation than they do, but I don't think consistently spending most of your time creating vs consuming is a good plan for anyone, though it may be a great plan over short periods of time)
