Ya know, that makes so much more sense. I probably relate therapy too strongly to be being specifically for processing trauma rather than working through normal daily life stuff. I hear "therapy" and trauma is where my brain immediately jumps

on whether therapy helps at the individual level at all - I think it's much more useful to have a whole bunch of therapy skills in the water in a community than therapy is for individuals themselves.
