how does one stop feeling fatigue & needing rest

Things that seem to work for me: 1. Do lots of emotional processing to clear out noise 2. Sort out bad sleep environment 3. Cut out things from diet that upset my stomach 4. Have less chronic pain 5. Cut out caffeine (I never sustain this one)

Oh also all of the annoying things that everyone knows are good for them like going outside and exercise.
Can't guarantee any/all of these work at all for anyone but me though. I think the only generalisable lesson is that it's probably an accumulation of many things.
