It is *super* annoying that Twitter search believes all tweets that I tweeted prior to my unlocking this account again don't exist.

Another workaround is searching from the old name! Have you tried this and it doesn't seem to work as well?
I haven't changed my name! What happened was that I was public, went private, then went public again, and everything from the first public period is gone from the search index.

Ah yes, sorry, just completely....forgot you were talking about this for some reason?! Hmm, yeah, this is so tricky, there's gotta be some more ways to workaround...
