Thank you! I'm always kind of trying to pick up ways to help access childhood memories, it's hard for a lot of people :)

This may be obvious to you, I don't know, but it might be worth trying people on an easier free writing exercise first. I find people don't really believe how easy free writing is until they've done it for a bit because people are so entrenched in thinking that writing is hard.
