If men are going to start doing more feminine-coded emotional labour they're necessarily going to be doing less masculine-coded emotional labour because: * Expressing and suppressing emotion are naturally in tension * This is asking them to do twice as much work if they don't.

hm, yeah as a man* who always felt has the emotional infrastructure of a woman, i find myself doing a fair amount of feminine-coded emotional labor (and i'm ok with that), but idk how that impacts the masculine-coded ones hm *bigender/genderfluid, but you know, biologically
