It's monstrous but I have no rational arguments against it
I have actually gone through periods of my life where I've done this because I wanted to tightly regulate how much caffeine I was consuming but also wanted to drink as much coffee as I wanted.

It's not a system I'd enjoy long term, but if I had to drink instant coffee I'd switch to caffeine pills or tea. (Or, ideally, quit, but that never lasts)
