if you must, skip to the end where there are two chapters about taking care of your inner child. just those two chapters by themselves are amazing.
How much overlap is there with "cPTSD: From Surviving to Thriving"? I'll probably read the whole thing at some point, I just go through phases where I feel like I've read far too much emotionally significant stuff recently and enough is enough.

i've only read bits and pieces of that book that being said, Scattered Minds is like a proto-book about the link between ADHD & C-PTSD so there will be at least some overlap
