What supplements do yall take? I'm quite skeptical of their usefulness. For example, you can consume calcium without Vitamin D that's necessary for its absorption. I'm sure there're many more examples. You see where I'm going

Biotin for nail growth and strength. Glucosamine for joints (I'm a bit sceptical that it does much, but anecdotally it seems to help some joint pain issues). Vitamin D but I doubt it does much outside of winter.

Oh I guess I also take zinc lozenges when I feel a cold coming on (slightly higher level of scepticism than glucosamine, probably won't top up the supply when they're done), DLPA when caffeine withdrawn, and my glucosamine has vitamin C in it for some reason.
