This seems to ignore the fact that people in business settings have meetings and like ask questions and discuss things in them rather than coming up with fully formed plans inside their own heads before ever sharing them with another human being.

Agree this kind of vibing is important, definitely not against model sharing Thinking out loud... I'd be surprised at being blamed for giving a wrong impression for speaking with confidence in a meeting. Might be because I tend to err on the side of too many caveats.
