I'm having a low mood kind of day and sort of want to talk about it, but I don't know how and who to even talk to about it

Writing it down helps to me. But talking to people as well. I know the feeling of being a bother but every time I overcome the energy barrier I found that people relate to your problems (we’re not alone) and they actually like to talk about it, as a relief for them too.

Yup, entirely agreed! I like to do both though - they're good for slightly different things and complement each other well. Writing about it in public (blog posts, twitter threads) is also a good halfway between the two.
