Thank you, that's actually a really good idea! I don't always want to burden friends/family with it when I know everyone is having bad days at the moment, but writing it down could be useful.

For what it's worth, I find that often people mind being "burdened" with your problems way less than you'd expect - being complained at feels like hard work, but talking through someone's problem's with them is often less so, and is a positive part of the relationship.
