If you'll allow me to generalise wildly from my own experience, I think a problem you might be having is that conceptualising yourself as attractive is very different from whether others see you as attractive, and it can be hard to connect the two up.

I guess I can do some degree of anger on demand too. Hmm. Maybe it only works with emotions starting with "a"?
TBH it's a little hard to distinguish how much is difficulty accessing a specific emotion on demand and how much is just straight up difficulty accessing that emotion at all. e.g. I can't do joy on demand, but I struggle to experience joy much at all.
