I know this doesn't necessarily help with dysphoria, but I continue to maintain that you are very attractive. Granted I've only seen you clothed, but I think that would probably remain the case. (This tweet is less of a come on than it sounds)
If you'll allow me to generalise wildly from my own experience, I think a problem you might be having is that conceptualising yourself as attractive is very different from whether others see you as attractive, and it can be hard to connect the two up.

And there's a kind of feedback loop between the two but IME the self-concept side of it is quite hard to budge on this one.
