I don't think I've ever seen someone Identify themselves as NeuroTypical
I've heard people use it caveated ("more or less neurotypical") or as part of the litany of privilege disclosure to ward off cancellation.

But mostly I think it's not the sort of term that people use as identification because it's an intrinsically "none of the above" term, which tends to be a bit uninspiring, and so is only useful by contrasting it with something else.

The word most "none of the above" people would use to exclude themselvrs from a rarer contrasting category is probably just "normal", even if this seems insulting to the members of the minority category.
