You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
e.g. some people would realise that it's way past their bed time, but would stay up tweeting anyway. Other people would solve this problem by observing that they are doing that, asking whether they should be, and deciding to go to bed anyway. Learning to do the latter is a skill.
