postrats are basically just rationalists who decided that the rational thing to do was to get therapy but then because they were rationalists decided they were much smarter than all the therapists and they should do it themselves instead.
I don't know if I actually believe this, but it popped into my head and entertained me enough that I thought I'd put it in yours too.
BTW this description also matches me except I didn't start out as a rationalist so this tweet is basically a self own too.
This says some unflattering things about postrats.
Yeah I have to admit that a few months of therapy had a |100x|* better effect on my mental well being than months of reading postrat twitter. *Yeah, those brackets are the modulus function.
