When I encounter this feeling, I generally just try to make sure whoever/whatever I’m paying to is somehow also a good cause. Like, feeling comfortable supporting the ppl involved or using a smaller business rather than a big Corp. It’s not always ideal but the best I’ve got
In this case that's not really an option I'm afraid, because landlord is an intrinsically problematic class.

Eventually I'll probably just buy and use yet more privilege to opt out of the problem, but it's not really an option in the next year or two
