They set unrealistic standards and then impose them on us. Everyone knows that Nigeria's official language is English. A language peculiar to one ethnic group doesn't depict the "unity in diversity" that we profess.

No - whoever submitted the film for consideration didn't read the rules of eligibility. Big difference. The rules were not changed after the submissions were sent in.
