Precisely on point General. The public is searching for heroes. Those of us that do this for a living understand that this is another day at the office. No disrespect to the crew that did their job well

There is no shame in praising someone for doing a good job under stressful circumstances with the lives of 100+ people hanging in the balance. Having an engine break up, a shattered cabin window, and a passenger nearly being sucked out the window is not another day at the office.
