Q: What would you recommend for a student pilot currently going through USAF pilot training? A: Fly as much as you can. Learn do& (or help do) as much of the maintenance, incl all systems.

I come from flying a warbird so forgive my take...Emergency procedures and A/C systems. And always have your EP checklist immediately available.
Really think you'll have time to find it in an emergency? Think every emergency is the same?
